Get your friends together for the Resolution 5k! If you just want to enjoy the night out on the course and don’t want to train for the ½ Marathon, you can begin the year in shape by participating in the Resolution 5k. At your own pace, runners can still enjoy highlights of the night course and its awesome entertainment and get the sweet benefits of the VIP treatment. Capped at first 1,500 runners.
HALF MARATHON FINISHER
Start off the New Year on the right foot by crossing the finish line! The New Year’s Race Los Angeles course offers its runners an awe-inspiring and totally unique tour of downtown Los Angeles—A NIGHT RACE under the glow of the bright city lights. The course starts on 7th Street and Grand Avenue which is known as the “Taste of Downtown.” The finish line will bring you next to the exciting new L.A. Live complex and guides participants through hotspots that mark the new generation of downtown living and some of the oldest historical landmarks of the city. Capped at first 7,500 runners, each participant will get the VIP star treatment and be part of an elite group of runners that finished the first New Year’s Race Los Angeles.
The approximate 1K Kid’s Fun Run is a non-timed, non-competitive event for children ages 12yrs old and younger. With special activities just for kids like free face painting, on course kid-friendly entertainment, a special finisher medal and Kids Zone playground at the Finish Line, everyone’s a winner! Capped at first 1000 kids.
